As an experienced CEO and former McKinsey Associate Partner, Toni brings a wealth of experience to the FLEX partnership. A proud Bavarian, he will also take on the responsibility of managing FLEX’s Munich office with great passion.
Toni’s active collaboration with FLEX Capital began in 2022, when he assumed the CEO roles for both the OMS Group and the EVEX Group. Following the successful completion of a generational management transition at OMS, Toni shifted his full focus to the EVEX Group in the fall of 2023, driving its strong organic and inorganic growth.
Previously, Toni served as CEO of Synformulas, a leading provider in the OTC pharmaceuticals sector, as well as CHECK24 Shopping, the e-commerce division of the renowned comparison platform.
Toni is happily married and a father of two sons. He lives with his family in the Alpine foothills and is an avid mountain and water sports enthusiast.
Toni studied business administration with a focus on finance and accounting at the University of St. Gallen and earned his doctorate in marketing and consumer psychology at WHU.
