Background
Neither NIC nor Rasterpunkt had their own finance team, and their control mechanisms were relatively rudimentary. This led to limited transparency regarding performance and key metrics. In contrast, Formware had its own finance team and established processes; however, occasional insight into critical matters, such as customer profitability, was lacking. Nonetheless, Formware’s finance team successfully managed the administration of all three operational companies.
